Some things you just want to do exactly how the recruiter instructs you to. However, I do agree with you on the See resume part. If there is a resume directly attached to the application, I think it is appropriate for a job seeker to put See Resume. It does not indicate laziness, only efficiency. I loved your story about your own job recruiting. Very hilarious, and you got your way, great job.
